국내외 기술교육 프로그램 분석을 통한 기업의 전문인력 양성 및 육성방안 = A Study on the Development and Improvement of Korean Engineering Education and Professional Education

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper studied the improvement plan of Korean engineering education and professional education. We analyze engineering education programs of U.S.A., Europe and Japan and identified the success factors. Hence we analyze the problem of Korean engineering education program. In this study, we found out success factors of engineering education programs of foreign countries. Then we enumerate several problem areas of engineering education program in Korea. Finally, we suggest several guidelines for the improvement of Korean engineering education program in Korea.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 미국과 유럽, 일본의 엔지니어링 기업이나 연구기관에서 수행하고 있는 기술교육 프로그램을 분석하여 국내 엔지니어링 기업의 기술교육 프로그램을 활성화 시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 미국과 유럽, 일본의 엔지니어링 관련 기업이나 연구기관에서 실시하고 있는 기술교육 프로그램 현황을 분석하여 성공요인을 도출하였다. 다음으로 국내 엔지니어링 관련 기업이나 연구기관의 기술교육 프로그램 현황을 분석하여 문제점을 파악하였다. 이를 통해 본 연구에서는 해외의 엔지니어링 기술교육 프로그램과 국내 엔지니어링 기술교육 프로그램을 비교분석하여 활성화 방안을 제시하였고, 국내 엔지니어링 기술교육 프로그램에 대한 프레임워크와 시사점을 제시하였다.
