직장 내 집단따돌림이 자살생각에 미치는 영향 = Moderating Effects of Depression, Job Satisfaction on the Relationship between Workplace Bullying and Suicidal Ideation

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 직장에서 발생하는 집단따돌림이 직장인들의 자살생각에 미치는 영향을 탐색하고, 집단따돌림에 따른 우울과 직무만족요인이 자살생각에 미치는 조절효과를 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 전라북도 3개 지역소재 직장인들 389명을 대상으로 하여조절회귀식으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 집단따돌림은 자살생각에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 우울은 자살생각에 정적인 영향을 미치고, 직무만족은 자살생각에 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 우울과 직무만족은 집단따돌림이 자살생각에 미치는 영향을 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 우울수준이 높은 집단은집단따돌림의 수준이 높아질수록 자살생각이 증가하는 양상을 보이지만, 우울수준이 낮은 집단의 경우 집단따돌림 수준에 따른 자살생각의 차이는 없었다. 또한 직무만족 수준이 낮은 집단의 경우 집단따돌림의 수준이 높아질수록 자살생각이 증가하는 양상을 보였다. 직무만족수준이 높은 집단에서도 집단따돌림 수준이 높아질수록 자살생각의 수준도 높아지는 경향을 보이지만, 직무만족 수준이 낮은 집단의 기울기보다는 완만한 기울기를 보였다. 본 연구결과에 근거하여 직장의 집단따돌림 및 정신건강 문제에 대한 정신보건사회복지의 함의 및 개입 방안에 대해 제언하였다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate moderating effects of depression, job satisfaction between workplace bullying and suicidal ideation. Data were collected from 389 employees in Jeonbuk Province. Collected data were analyzed by frequency, t-test, moderated multiple regression and simple slope analysis. The major findings of this study were as follows: First,workplace bullying were significantly related to the suicidal ideation. Second,depression and job satisfaction were significantly related to the suicidal ideation. Third, depression and job satisfaction moderated between workplace bullying and suicidal ideation of subjects. These findings supported the importance of suicidal prevention program and employee assistance program in workplace. Suggestions of mental health social work were discussed.
