고령층의 AI기반 복지상담 서비스 수용 요인 분석 : 디지털 정보격차를 중심으로 = An Analysis of Factors Influencing the Acceptance of Ai-Based Welfare Counseling Services among Older Adults : Focusing on the Digital Divide

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 고령층의 사회보장 정보 접근성 제고를 위해 AI 기반 복지상담 서비스의 수용 요인을 분석하고, 디지털 정보격차 완화를 위한 정책적 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 분석 자료는 한국지능정보사회진흥원(NIA)이 실시한 2023년 「디지털 정보격차 실태조사」에 응답한 만 65세 이상 고령자를 대상으로 하였으며, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 디지털 접근, 디지털 역량, 디지털 활용 지수는 모두 AI 기반 복지상담 서비스 수용도와 유의한 정(+)의 관련성을 보였다. 또한 기초연금 인지도와 노인장기요양서비스 이용 경험은 디지털 요인을 통제한 이후에도 AI 상담 서비스 수용도와 유의미한 관련성을 나타냈다. 이는 기존 복지제도에 대한 인식과 이용 경험이 신기술 기반 복지서비스 수용과 연관될 수 있음을 시사한다.

This study examines the factors influencing the acceptance of AI based welfare counseling services among older adults, with the aim of enhancing access to social security information and reducing the digital divide. The analysis is based on data from the 2023 Digital Divide Survey conducted by the National Information Society Agency (NIA), focusing on adults aged 65 years and older. A multiple regression analysis was employed for empirical investigation. The results indicate that digital access, digital capability, and digital utilization indices are all positively and significantly associated with the acceptance of AI based welfare counseling services. In addition, awareness of the Basic Pension program and experience with Long Term Care Insurance services remain significantly related to service acceptance even after controlling for digital divide factors. These findings suggest that prior awareness of and experience with existing welfare programs may be associated with the acceptance of technology driven welfare services.
