사범대학 재학생의 취업불안이 진로결정 자기효능감에 미치는 영향- 계획된 우연 기술의 조절효과를 중심으로 = The Impact of Employment Anxiety on Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy among Pre-Service Teachers: The Moderating Role of Planned Happenstance Skills

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 사범대학 재학생의 취업불안이 진로결정 자기효능감에 미치는 영향과, 그 관계에서 계획된 우연 기술이 가지는 조절효과를 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 A 사범대학 재학생 167명을 대상으로 기술통계, 상관분석, 회귀분석, 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 취업불안은 진로결정 자기효능감을 유의하게 감소하였다. 계획된 우연 기술은 조절효과를 지녔으나, 그 방향은 선행연구의 보고와 달리 취업불안의 부적 영향을 강화하는 것이었다. 본 연구는 이러한 연구 결과를 인지부조화 이론과 자기조절자원 고갈 이론, 그리고 사범대학의 환경적 특성에 근거하여 해석하였다. 본 연구는 교직 진출 외 다른 진로 탐색을 제한하는 사범대학의 환경적 특성이 계획된 우연 기술의 정적 효과를 제한하거나 왜곡하는 요인으로 작용할 가능성을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로, 본 연구는 사범대학 재학생을 대상으로 우연적 지원 체계 확장, 사범대학 재학생 맞춤형 정서 지원 프로그램의 운영 필요성을 제안하였다.

This study examined the impact of employment anxiety on career decision-making self-efficacy among pre-service teachers at a college of education, as well as the moderating role of planned happenstance skills. Using data from 167 students, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, regression analysis, and hierarchical regression were conducted. The results indicated that employment anxiety significantly reduced self-efficacy. Although planned happenstance skills demonstrated a moderating effect, they unexpectedly amplified the negative impact of anxiety, which contrasts with previous findings. These findings were interpreted through the lenses of cognitive dissonance theory, ego depletion theory, and the institutional characteristics of teacher education, which may constrain exploration of non-teaching career paths. Based on these results, the study recommends enhancing support systems that promote serendipitous career development and implementing tailored emotional support programs for pre-service teachers.
