산림복지시설 이용객의 전반적 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석: 동반 유형을 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

코로나19 이후 산림복지시설 이용객이 소규모, 다양화되는 등 ‘동반 유형’을 중심으로 산림복지시설 이용트렌드가 변화되었다. 이에 본 연구는 동반 유형에 따른 전반적 만족도에 영향을 미치는 서비스 만족도 요인의 차이를 파악하여 동반 유형별 맞춤형 서비스를 계획하는 등 다방면의 수요를 충족하기 위한 방안 모색에 목적을 두었다. 연구를 위해 산림청의 2020년 「산림복지시설·서비스 실태조사(N=4,423)」자료를 이용하여 동반 유형에 따른 인구통계학 특성과 이용 특성을 파악하고, 동반 유형별 서비스 만족도와 전반적 만족도의 관계를 분석하였다. 동반유형은 가족/친척(62.9%), 친구/연인(18.8%), 혼자(12.6%), 친목 단체·모임/학교 단체/직장동료(이하 사회적 관계)(5.8%) 순으로 높게 나타났으며 동반 유형에 따라 중요시하는 서비스 요인에 차이가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. ‘가족/친척’유형은 ‘시설 이용료의 적정성(β=0.150, p<.001)’, ‘친구/연인’유형은 ‘체험·볼거리(β=0155, p<.001)’, ‘혼자’유형은 ‘안내시설 배치(β=0.244, p<.001)’, ‘사회적 관계’유형은 ‘시설의 쾌적성(β=0.226, p<.001)’ 요인이 전반적 만족도에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 동반 유형에 따라 전반적 만족도에 영향을 미치는 서비스 요인이 각기 다름을 규명한데 의의가 있다. 따라서 본 연구 결과를 근거로 동반유형별로 차별화된 서비스를 제공함으로써 이용객의 만족도를 높이고 산림복지시설을 효율적으로 운영할 수 있을 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Since Covid-19, the trend of using forest welfare facilities has changed to the ‘type of companion’ as the number of users has become smaller and diversed. Therefore, this study analyzed differences in service satisfaction factors that affect overall satisfaction depending on the type of companion and sought ways to meet various needs, such as planning customized services for each type of companion. The study also identified demographic and utilization characteristics and analyzed the correlation between service satisfaction and overall satisfaction by type of companion based on the data from the National Survey on Forest welfare facilities·service (N=4,423), which is conducted by Korea Forest Service in 2020. The types of companion were family/relatives (62.9%), friends/romantic relationship (18.8%), alone (12.6%), social group, gathering/school, group/workmate (hereinafter referred to as social relationship) (5.8%), and the significant service factors were different depending on the type of companion. The main factors affecting overall satisfaction were ‘adequacy of facility fee (β=0.150)’ for family/relatives, ‘experience·attraction (β=0.155)’ for friend/romantic relationship, ‘guidance facilities (β=0.244)’ for alone, ‘facility comfort (β=0.226)’ for social relationship. This study is significant in that it derives each service factor that affects overall satisfaction depending on the type of companion. Therefore, by providing differentiated services by type of companion based on the results of this study, users will be satisfied and forest welfare facilities will be operated efficiently.
