학술지『탐라문화』(1982∼2023) 연구동향 분석 - 키워드 네트워크 분석을 활용하여 = Analysis of Research Trends of the『Tamna Culture』 (1982∼2023) - Using Keyword Network Analysis

This paper is a study of clarifying the research trend and network structure of the 『Tamna Culture』 through the keyword network analysis method. To achieve this research objective, a total of 694 papers were collected, ranging from the first issue of 1982 to the 74th issue in 2023. The main research results are as follows. First, the number of papers by year steadily increased, and the humanities and social science accounted for the majority. Second, as a result of keyword analysis, ‘culture’ appeared the most, followed by ‘region’, ‘society’, ‘Tamna’, ‘literature’, ‘myth’, and ‘Jeju language’. Third, as a result of conducting the centrality analysis, ‘culture’, ‘region’, ‘Jeju 4⋅3, ‘society’, and ‘myth’ were high in connection degree centrality, and ‘culture’, ‘Jeju 4⋅3’, ‘region’, ‘Tamna’, and ‘myth’ were high in betweenness centrality.
Major conclusions were drawn. It is necessary to come up with a plan to promote convergence research between the humanities, social sciences, and natural sciences by spreading the identity of the『Tamna Culture』. Second, papers reflecting the current social environment should be submitted in order to diversify the research topics. Finally, in order to emphasize the differentiation of the 『Tamna Culture』, it is necessary to compare how the change in the main keywords of the『Tamna Culture』 differs from the change in the keywords of other academic journals.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 키워드 네트워크 분석 방법을 활용하여 『탐라문화』의 연구동향과 네트워크 구조를 밝히고 시사점을 도출하는 데 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 『탐라문화』가 발간된 1982년 창간호부터 2023년 74호까지 게재된 총 694편의 논문을 수집하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연도별 논문수는 꾸준히 증가하였으며, 인문학과 사회과학 분야가 대부분을 차지하였다. 둘째, 키워드 분석 결과 ‘문화’ 키워드가 가장 많이 나타났으며, ‘지역’, ‘사회’, ‘탐라’, ‘문학’, ‘신화’, ‘제주어’ 순으로 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 중심성 분석을 실시한 결과 연결중심성에서는 ‘문화’, ‘지역’, ‘제주4⋅3’, ‘사회’, ‘신화’ 키워드가, 그리고 매개중심성에서는 ‘문화’, ‘제주4⋅3’, ‘지역’, ‘탐라’, ‘신화’ 키워드가 높게 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 우선, 학술지 『탐라문화』가 가지고 있는 정체성을 유지하되 인문학, 사회과학, 자연과학 간의 융복합적 연구를 활성화하기 위한 방안을 마련해야 한다. 다음으로, 학술지『탐라문화』의 연구 주제를 다양화할 필요가 있으며 다변화된 사회 변화를 반영한논문들이 투고될 수 있도록 환경을 조성해야 한다. 마지막으로 학술지 『탐라문화』 만의 차별성을 강조하기 위해 『탐라문화』의 주요 키워드가 타 지역 학술지 키워드의 변화와 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 비교분석해야 한다.
