사회복지사의 직무성과에 관한 연구 - 노인복지시설을 중심으로 - = A Study on the Social Worker's Job Performance - Focused on the Aged Welfare Facilities -

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 노인복지서비스, 특히 노인주거시설의 서비스 향상에 기여하고자 노인주거복지시설에 종사하는 사회복지사들의 직무수행에 대한 성과를 시설의 관리자들은 어떻게 평가하고 있는지를 알아보기 위해 전국의 노인주거복지시설 119개소를 대상으로 사회복지사의 직무성과를 측정?분석하였다. 특히, 분석결과 중에서 사회복지사의 의사소통과 대인관계, 업무에 대한 책임감, 노인들에 대한 이해 및 상담의 적극성 등의 항목에서 높은 평가를 받고 있는바, 이는 사회복지업무 특성상 중요한 의미를 갖는다. 따라서 이러한 긍정적 평가를 토대로 제반 측정지표들을 향상시킨다면 보다 바람직한 업무성과를 달성할 수 있을 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this paper was to contribute to the aged welfare service, specially, service improvement of the aged housing facilities. The social worker's job performance was measured and analyzed for the 119 national aged housing welfare facilities on the manager's evaluation of the social worker's job performance results. Especially, the analyzed results show high evaluation for the social worker's communication, personal relations, responsibility for the job, appreciation for the age and positive consultation. This is an important meaning for the social worker's job. Therefore, based on this positive evaluation, the measured index is improved, desirable job performance will be achieved.
