진로 및 적성탐색검사를 활용한 상담모형 = Using Career & Aptltude Exploration Testing(CAET) in Counseling Modeling

The purpose of this paper is to suggest the using career & aptitude exploration testiing in counseling modeling. The first topic discussed a relation of testing and couseling in a veiw of couseling history; using testing the general principles in counseling. The second topic is using career & aptitude exploration testing in counseling process; ① initial interview ② test implementation and interpretation ③ identifing a profile pattern ④ deciding a career type ⑤ understanding of RIASEC type & self-understanding ⑥ major & work(job) exploration ⑦ sharing of reality exploration ⑧ career choice and deciding in career path ⑨ the last session. The third topic is a counseling strategs in the basis of RIASEC. The last topic is a counseling strategs in the basis of clients' problem; healthful clients, clients who don't know their interest, clients who have an iirational dream in their future, clients who have a various talented. In the future need a study that counseling strateges in the basis of psychopathic RLASEC and personality disorder.
