This study aimed to validate a collaborative ethics measurement based on a reinterpretation of the Occupational Work Ethic Inventory(OWEI). Confirmatory factor analysis was conducted with data from 251 workers in Korean companies, ensuring validity. The three factors identified in previous studies—Integrity, Sociability, and Reliability—were confirmed as crucial in collaboration. Firstly, Integrity enables efficient teamwork by adhering to schedules and goals, enhancing team performance. Secondly, Sociability strengthens team solidarity through effective communication, positively impacting collaboration. Lastly, Reliability is vital as it fosters collaborative problem-solving through trust in each member's role and responsibilities. Companies can use this collaborative ethics measurement to establish regular diagnosis and feedback systems, thereby enhancing employees' ethical standards. An educational program and team workshops will be recommended to enhance their collaborative ethics.
