국내 스포츠 코칭 연구 동향에 관한 탐색

This study was conducted at an exploratory level as one of the basic works to examine the trend of sports coaching research based on the research title. For research purposes, academic papers registered in the Academic Research Information Service (RISS) from 2015 to 2020 were analyzed (registered academic journals and registered candidate journals). The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, a total of 66 papers were published in a total of 25 journals from 2015 to 2020. Second, a total of 25 research topics were covered in domestic sports coaching research papers, including coaching behavior (18 pieces), mental coaching (6 pieces), coaching knowledge (5 pieces), coaching leadership (4 pieces), and coaching language (4 pieces). Third, by sports event, Taekwondo (8 episodes) and soccer (6 episodes) were the most common. Fourth, as for the research type, there were many papers related to the relationship verification between variables (20 pieces) and program development (4 pieces). In the future, in the field of sports coaching, research on areas that have not been studied at all, such as the concept of sports coaching, the establishment of a theoretical system, and the classification of coaching genres, will be needed. If these additional research results are accumulated in the future, coaching and comparative research in the management area are expected to be possible.
