지적행정조직의 성격진단에 관한 연구 - 전남지역의 지적조직을 중심으로 = Character Diagnosis for Cadastral Administrative Organization -The Case of Land Management and Administration in Jeon nam Area-

국문 초록 (Abstract)

  조직진단은 지적행정조직발전에 선행되어야 할 효과성 중심의 분석이라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 조직에 관한 유용한 정보를 제공해주는 조직성격측정을 지적행정조직 진단법으로 강조하였다. 즉, 조직의 행동, 조직이 수행하는 목적과 기능에 따라 그러한 조직성격이 바람직한 것인지 아닌지를 판단하여 조직의 변화방향을 설정하는데 매우 효과적이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 W. Bridges(1992)가 제시한 조직성격지표(OCI) 36개를 지적행정조직에 적용하여, 92개의 유효설문지를 회수하여 지적행정조직의 성격을 측정하였다. 조직진단 결과, 지적행정조직은 ESTJ 조직성격으로 나타났다.

  Organizational Diagnosis is a effectiveness-oriented evaluations prior to Cadastral Organizational Development. In this paper, I would like to emphasize on the methods of organizational diagnosis through using the Organizational Character. Character of Organization, a significant information of organization. specially, it enables to understand why organizations act as they do and why they are so very hard to change in any fundamental way. It also suggests how anyone concerned with maximizing an organization"s effectiveness should go about that task. For the reason, 36 preliminary items were written according to W. Bridges(1992)"s framework(OCI). 92 employee belong to a cadastral organizations rated their own character of cadastral administrative organization. The result of character diagnosis of organization, it was found that the character diagnosis of cadastral administrative organization is ESTJ character.
