포트폴리오 체제를 활용한 현장실습이 예비유아특수교사의 교수효능감에 미치는 효과 = The Effects of Field experience applied Portfolio System on Pre-service Teacher’s teaching Self-efficiency

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of portfolio system on pre-service early childhood special education teacher's teaching efficacy. From the N University, Choong Nam, 36 subjects were selected. All of them are college sophomores. The portfolio system developed by the researcher had been administered during the 1st semester of 2004. 32 subjects was administered before and after portfolio instruction. Some parts(reflective journal) of students portfolios were analyzed qualitatively in terms of attitude toward field experience and teaching young children with developmental disabilities. After portfolio instruction, students' general teaching efficacy increased statistically meaningfully and qualitative change are in attitude toward field experience and teaching young children with developmental disabilities.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 포트폴리오 체제를 활용한 현장실습이 예비유아특수교사의 교수효능감과 현장실습 및 장애유아 지도에 대한 태도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 포트폴리오 체제는 연구자에 의해 개발되었으며, N대학교 유아특수교육과 2학년 학생 32명을 대상으로 2004년 2학기 현장실습 교과목에 적용되었다.
포트폴리오 체제를 활용한 현장실습이 예비유아특수교사의 교수효능감에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해 교수효능감 검사를 학기 초와 학기 말에 실시하여 그 변화를 분석하였으며, 또한 학생 포트폴리오의 내용 중 일부인 대상 학생들의 매 주간 저널 중 학기 초와 학기 말의 각 3주 동안의 저널을 현장실습 및 장애유아지도에 대한 태도를 중심으로 정성적으로 분석하였다.
포트폴리오 체제를 활용한 현장실습 경험 후 예비유아특수교사들의 일반적 교수효능감은 향상되었으며, 이는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 나타내었고, 또한 현장실습 및 장애유아 지도에 대한 태도도 긍정적인 질적 변화를 나타냈다. 교수효능감의 두 가지 하위 요인인 개인적 교수효능감과 일반적 교수효능감 중 일반적 교수효능만의 증가는 전체 교수효능감의 통계적으로 유의한 변화에 영향을 미치는 데에는 미흡하였으나, 예비교사들에게 있어서 중요성을 띄는 일반적 교수효능감의 변화와 현장실습 및 장애유아 지도에 대한 태도의 변화는 예비교사양성기관에 중요한 의미를 주며, 현장실습을 포함한 대학 교육과정의 체계적 운영의 노력이 우선적으로 요구됨을 본 연구결과는 시사하고 있다.
