The purpose of but also this research was net only developing korean adolescent`s cultural wellbeing indicator-system than concretely validatingit. For this purpose, this study uses literature review, 2 rounds of delphi method process and statistical analysis. On delphi method process, participants were adolescents and relevant professionals(professors, institute researcher and field experts). The Number of participants was 90 in first round and 63 in second round. The results of this study were as follows. First, adolescents cultural wellbeing indicator-system has constructed 22 categories, 46 subcategories, 186 indicator items (147 objectives and 39 subjectives) in 5 parts. Second, the results of validate 「adolescents cultural wellbeing indicator-system」 were present congruence between three professional groups in mean by ANOVA, Also MDS results showed euclidean gaps between three groups. But it appeared consentaneously distribute near by ideal point. So can assumed there were congruence with validity of individual items in 「Adolescents cultural wellbeing indicator-system」
