중ㆍ장년층 실직자의구직강도 결정요인에 대한 탐색적 연구 = An Exploratory Study on the Determinants of Job-search intensity on Middle aged unemployed individuals

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was intended to examine predictors of job-search intensity on middle aged unemployed individuals. Among people who unemployed for less than 2 months, 1539 unemployed individuals were surveyed. Results showed that the higher employment commitment, job-search self-efficacy, financial hardship, carrier planning, social capital, and agreeableness, the higher the job-search intensity. Implications and limitations of this study were discussed.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 중ㆍ장년층 실직자를 대상으로 지금까지 실직 관련된 연구에서 중요하게 나타났던 구직동기, 구직역량, 재취업 제한요건 및 성격요인이 구직강도에 어떤 관련성이 있는가를 파악하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 실직자 1539명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 구직동기요인의 하위요인인 고용몰입, 경제적 어려움, 경력계획 및 성취욕구, 다음으로 구직역량요인인 구직효능감, 사회적 자산, 마지막으로 성격요인에서는 성실성, 개방성, 원만성, 외향성 요인이 구직강도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이들 요인을 대상으로 단계적 회귀분석을 한 결과 구직강도에 가장 큰 설명량을 보이는 요인은 고용몰입, 구직효능감, 사회적 자산, 경력계획, 경제적 어려움 및 원만성 요인의 순으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구가 제공하는 시사점과 제한점을 논의하였다.
