기술수용모델을 이용한 공인중개사의 정보화활용 행동에 관한 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

부동산 중개업은 스마트사회라는 시대적 흐름에 부합되게 IT기술을 활용하여 언제 어디서나 실시간으로 신뢰성 있고 개개인에 최적화된 부동산 정보를 제공할 수 있는 선진화된 직무수행 능력 구비가 필요한 시점이 와 있다.
본 연구는 공인중개사의 정보화 활용을 가장 효율적으로 하기 위한 핵심이 무엇인지를 밝히고자 데이비스의 정보기술수용모델(TAM)을 확장한 선행연구를 통하여 부동산과 부동산정보의 특성을 고려한 선행변인을 도출하여 공인중개사를 대상으로 한 인식을 구조방정식 모형에 의한 분석(SPSS, Amos)으로 다음과 같은 연구결과를 도출하였다.
첫째, ‘성별’과 ‘정보화 자기효능’은 ‘지각된 용이성’에, ‘인지된 유희성’이 ‘지각된 유용성’에 그리고 지각된 용이성과 지각된 유용성은 중개업의 정보화활용 의도에 유의한 영향(p<0.05)을 미친다는 것이다. 결국 중개업에서 정보화활용이 행동화되기 위해서는 성별에 따른 정보화 활용의 차이를 고려한 차별화된 교육과 정책이 추진되어야 할 것이며 중개사의 정보화 활용에 대한 자신감과 필요성을 느낄 수 있는 의식을 고취시킬 수 있어야 하는 것이다. 또한 중개업의 정보화를 활용함에 있어 재미와 몰입이 될 수 있는 교육과 정보화 구축이 되어야 하는 것이다.
본 연구는 공인중개사에 대한 정보기술 활용에 관한 연구가 아직 시도된바가 없어 후속 연구의 기반을 제공하고, 연구결과로 밝혀진 정보화 활용의 핵심은 중개업의 정보화를 위한 정책 개발과 공인중개사에 대한 정보화 교육의 효율성을 기하는 기초적인 근거를 제공하게 될 것이라 기대된다.
