대학생들의 학교현장실습을 통한 학습경험 탐색 = Exploring Learning Experience of Undergraduate Students in Student-Teacher Practicum Settings

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Student-teacher practicum has been enforced to improve adequacy in the field as a part of teacher development system. The purpose of this study is to explore how undergraduate students seek the meaning of learning through student-teacher practicum. This study applied phenomenological approach and analyzed the nine participants` qualitative data through autobiography and in-depth interviews. This study found that students tried to construct the meaning of learning with reflective thinking practices in the process of romance & passage rites, trial & errors, dilemmas and role playing. They tried to learn and act upon reflective thinking and change their meaning scheme. Those dilemmas that students face appear differently depending on how much they tried to understand and solve the given the situation and how hard they tired to change their meaning scheme constructed from previous learning. Role-playing experience as a teacher provides the students with not only cognitive learning but also learning of integrated functions of feeling, thinking and behavior. Based on the result, this study suggested implications.
