This study focused on what special education teachers experience through itinerant education and how experience changes the behavior of these teachers and what kind of awareness they have. The subject of this study was 10 itinerant education teachers in public elementary school in Chungcheongnamdo and interview time was about 30 minutes to an hour. The result of study, participates recognized there is little to show for the hard work. and they can lose chance to adjust to school. Moreover, they said itinerant education is hard to run because of government s lack of support and personal professionalism. In conclusion, they said itinerant education has a lot of problems and should be reformed structurally and operationally. However, itinerant education is an effective policy and for the special education teacher they said it can be useful in integrated education.
