AHP기법에 의한 국가공간정보산업 진흥지원기관 설립기준의 중요도 및 우선순위 결정연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

??본 연구의 목적은 국가공간정보산업 진흥지원기관 선정기준의 상대적 중요도와 우선순위를 결정하는 것이다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 효율적으로 달성하기 위하여 본 연구는 국가공간정보산업의 개념과 공간정보산업진흥지원기관이 필요성을 고찰하였으며, 연구의 핵심인 AHP분석을 위한 자료의 수집 및 구성항목을 설정하였다. 그리고 AHP분석에서는 선정기분별, 선정항목별 그리고 선정항목간 상대적 중요도 및 우선순위를 분석하였다.<br/>
??그 결과, AHP의 1계층 선정기준에서는 기술적 요소(0.489)가 국토정보산업진흥지원기관을 설립함에 있어 가장 우선적으로 고려해야 할 요소로 나타났으며, 2계층 선정기준에 따른 선정항목간 중요도 및 우선순위에서는 인력의 전문성(0.119)이 가장 우선적으로 고려해야할 요소로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to determine the relative importance and priority of the selection criteria of the promotion and support agencies for national space information industry. In order to achieve such purpose efficiently, this study examined the concept of national space information industry and the needs of the promotion and support agencies for space information industry. Also, the data for AHP analysis, which is the key point of the study was collected, and the components were set. Finally, as to AHP analysis, this study analyzed the relative importance and priority of each selection criteria and selection item, and comparison has been made between the selection items.
As a result of the analysis, it was found that the technical element (0.193) is the first element that must be considered when establishing the promotion and support agencies for national space information industry. As to the importance and priority of selection items according to selection criteria, it was found that worker's professionality (0.447) is the first element to consider. stablishing the promotion and support agencies for national space information industry.
