온라인 수업에서의 교수자 역할 측정도구 개발 = The Scale Development for instructor`s role in online teaching

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this research is to develop a tool for measuring online instructors` role behavior and verity its validity. Literature review was conducted to define the concept of instructors. role behavior in online learning and establish it`s theoretical model. The model consists of 6 domains; instructional design, learning counseling, management of learning environment, facilitating interaction, learning evaluation, providing learning information. In order to verify its validity and reliability, a survey consisting of a number of basic questions derived from the previous researches was conducted on 210 instructors and content validity analysis, exploratory and confirmity factor analysis were conducted. 6 construct models(instructional design, learning counseling, management of learning environment, facilitating interaction, learning evaluation, providing learning information) and 30 scales were derived after verifying the validity and reliability. The study can provide many implications on a variety of studies regarding instructional strategies and guidelines to online instructors` role in online learning environment.
