The purpose of this study is to find out The Study on Learning Attitude of Students with Intellectual Disability in Social Studies Classes Using Kagan`s Cooperative Learning Structures. In order to achieve this goal, the followings were set to be the subjects for inquiry based on references and earlier studies: First, how Kagan`s society lesson using cooperative learning affect Intellectual Disabilities` attitude toward learning? Second, how Kagan`s society lesson using cooperative learning affect Intellectual Disabilities` problem behaviors? Attitude in class was measured by numbers of cases of acting in accordance to teachers, paying attention, or responding, and out-of-class instructions were excluded. Problem behaviors were also measured by every numbers of cases of making noise, leaving the seat, inadequate attitude, or toying with hands. Collecting or processing materials represents purposive behaviors according to the overall opportunities on a percentage basis. The results are as followed: First, Society lesson using Kagan`s cooperative learning has positive effect on improving mentally retarded children`s attitude in class, All the students participated in the study showed themselves acting in accordance to teachers` instructions more often. Especially, they showed significant interest in group learning and their behaviors became more appropriate for their role in a group.
