光州直轄市 宅地開發에 있어서 交通影響評價에 對한 事例的 考察 : 斗岩地區를 中心으로

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study predicts and analyses the traffic influence which will be brought about by performing the business of housing sites development in h a m area, Kwangju where is being planned by the Korea National Housing Corporation. Therefore the results of this study are as follows :
1, "his business area where stands in Duam-dong and Sansoo-dong, Puk -ku, Kwangju is located in 2-3 km spot in a beeline fran the downtown and it is anticipated that total development area will be about thirteen thousand pyong and the number of populations to be admitted will be about 24,000 persons,
2, When the goal year is reached, though the area is not developed, the direction roads of ham-dong and the east side Moodeung-road fran Sansoo intersection of five streets which are connected to business area will be suffered fran the traffic jam and also d-en the business area is developed, i t will be more worsed,
3, The bus stop was not installed within the radius of 500 min the business area and bus route which connects the surrounding areas is only 14, so the approach by mass traffic means is not enough, but when the business area is developed, establishment of bus stop and diversification of bus route will be required,
4, An adequate security of sidewalk width must be preceded for smooth pedestrian service within the business area and when the new establishment is installed, the establishment of Bay must be considered not to obstruct other traffic facilities such as taxi or bus stop, and for the improvement of access ability by mass traffic means in this area, new establishment or adjustment of bus route must be enforced,
5, Now the residential district and central commercial district are on increasing trend of private car. Accordingly enough security of parking installation is required,
