효과적 정보 전달을 위한 건강검진 결과보고서 디자인 제안 -부산광역시 해운대구 <나눔과행복병원> 중심으로- = A Study of Physical Examination Result Document Design for Delivering Effective Information-Focused on <Sharing and Happiness Hospital> in Haeundae-gu, Busan-

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The objective and definite method to assure the health degree is physical examination. The modern people always take so much stress, have the irregular habit that eat inordinately and also lack of exercise. The physical examination becomes to a new trend and its importance is emphasized, because the diseases could be found without delay and spending of the treatment could also be reduced through taking the physical examination.
This research improves the design of the physical examination reports targeted at people’s experience and accessibility, to make the subjects receiving the physical examinations understand and adapt to the healthy living habits in an easier and faster way.
The physical examination reports are digested, and the relevant cases as well as the original physical examination reports of the hospital are analyzed in the sequence of discover-define-develop-deliver. The part of the parties related to the physical examinations are also analyzed. Through the observation of the process of the subjects’ physical examinations, the information design and the conception of the additional service contents are formed. Information visualization is to more effectively convey image factors such as color, image, and characters to users.
As compared to being able to read physical examination result document in detail by subjects, simply and accurately acquiring the needed information is more important. The overriding comprehensive diagnosis should be listed in the first page, for instance: where is uncomfortable, how uncomfortable, and what should be done. In addition, the extent of various discomforts should be recorded in specific page. In the last page, it should be specified on how to recover such status via certain living habit. Thus, constructing effective design prototype of physical examination report via this research can make the service process blueprint of interaction among stakeholder such as subject, doctor department be more visualized.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

건강검진은 질병을 조기 발견하고 부담이 될 수 있는 치료비의 지출을 막을 수 있는 지름길로서 최근 건강검진의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 건강검진을 통해서 여러 종류의 검사를 받고 자신의 건강 상태를 종합적으로 알 수 있는 것은 건강검진 결과보고서의 정보이다.
본 연구는 건강검진 결과보고서 디자인을 개선하여, 수검자들이 쉽고 빠르게 이해하고 건강한 생활습관에 적용될 수 있도록 사람들의 경험과 행동유도를 목적으로 한다.
발견-정의-개발-전달의 프로세스로, 건강검진 결과보고서에 대한 이해와 관련 사례 및 대상병원의 기존 결과보고서를 분석하였다. 건강검진과 관련한 이해관계자의 역할을 분석하고 수검자의 건강검진 경험과정 관찰을 통하여 정보디자인 및 부가서비스 요소의 아이디어를 생성하였다. 정보의 시각화는 사용자에게 효율적으로 정보를 전달하고자 색채, 이미지, 문자 등의 그래픽 요소를 활용하여 표현하였다.
수검자들은 건강검진 결과서에서 필요한 정보를 쉽고 빠르며 정확하게 얻고자 한다. 따라서 어디가 안 좋은지, 얼마나 안 좋은지, 어떻게 해야 하는지와 같이 단순한 요구는, 첫 페이지에서 무엇이 가장 문제 인지를 알 수 있는 종합판정이 요약되고, 세부항목 페이지에서 안 좋은 정도가 어느 정도인지 상세한 데이터가 기록되며, 마지막에 이러한 상태를 회복하기 위해서는 어떠한 생활습관을 가져야 하는지가 기록되도록 구성하였다. 또한 본 연구의 진행으로 효과적 건강검진 결과보고서 디자인 프로토타입을 구축함에 있어서 수검자와 의사 등 건강검진관련 이해관계자 간의 상호작용 서비스 흐름을 청사진으로 가시화하고 검증하였다
