생성형 AI 기반 디지털 콘텐츠 제작 교육의 효과 분석: 자기결정성과 21세기 핵심역량을 중심으로 = The Effects of Generative AI-Based Digital Content Education: Focusing on Self-Determination and 21st-Century Competencies

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 생성형 AI 도구를 활용한 실습 중심의 디지털 콘텐츠 제작 수업이 학습자의 자기결정성과 21세기 핵심역량에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 이들이 학습 몰입을 매개로 수업 만족도에 어떠한 구조적 관계로 작용하는지를 실증적으로 검토하였다. 단일집단 사후 설계에 기반한 설문조사와 개별 인터뷰를 혼합연구 방식으로 수집하였으며, SPSS를 활용한 기술통계, 신뢰도 검증, 상관분석, 회귀분석, 매개효과 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 자기결정성과 디지털 리터러시 역량은 학습 몰입 및 수업 만족도에 유의미한 정적 영향을 미쳤고, 특히 자기결정성은 수업 만족도의 주요 예측 요인으로 확인되었다. 정성 분석에서는 학습자가 생성형 AI 도구를 통해 자율성과 표현의 자유를 경험하고, 몰입과 자기효능감을 강화한 경험이 공통적으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 생성형 AI 기반 콘텐츠 수업이 학습자의 내적 동기와 창의성을 향상시키는 효과적인 학습 환경임을 시사한다.

This study empirically examined the effects of a practice-based digital content course utilizing generative AI tools-ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, and Canva-on learners' self-determination, 21st-century core competencies, learning engagement, and class satisfaction. Based on a single-group post-test design conducted in a 2025 university course, a mixed-method approach was applied. Regression and mediation analyses using SPSS revealed that self-determination and core competencies significantly influenced learning engagement, which in turn strongly predicted class satisfaction. Notably, both independent variables showed indirect effects on satisfaction through engagement. Qualitative findings also indicated that learners experienced autonomy and creative expression through AI tools, enhancing their immersion and sense of efficacy. These results suggest that AI-based classes serve as effective learning environments that foster intrinsic motivation and sustained engagement.
