다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)
The purpose of this study is to present improvement effects and schemes for the streetscape of 'Street of Youth' in Seo-myoun, CBD(central business district) in Busan, according as each important variation of the factors which are to have an effect on the evaluation to be selected visual perceptual ascendancy factors and a demanding for facilities to evaluate the existing streetscape. The result is to describe clearly that there are differences in each streetscape component in the effects of improvements. As a result, this study can be a valuable guideline for the future streetscape reform project to lead the demanding effect of the investment and the priority order in the plan.
