청소년복지실천에서 임파워먼트의 재해석 -언어를 활용한 구성주의접근의 미시적 실천방법을 중심으로- = Reinterpretation Empowerment in The Youth Welfare Practice

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study of the applied empowerment to youth welfare practice and considered practical implication we by it and a strategic method appropriate to the youth welfare practice. And suggested an aim of empowerment for youth welfare practice and a strategy and a method in a base in this which stated a discussion of the core of that as fundamental work for practice approaches of the youth welfare in this study. In addition, I will graft onto an approach method of the constructionism and inherited it and did it and tried empowerment practice application possibility reinterpretation through example case analysis. As a result, a language was the youth welfare practice process that conjugated, and enough purification for the negative emotion was right behind the second base, and oneself understanding and the recognition of the point of view of the constructionism that based it on reality were able to look for implication we of the strategy of the practice of youth empowerment through an example to increase an underlying self-esteem.
This study is restrictive, but may look for significance in the situation that youth welfare practice system is not yet firm at a point discussing that I started of the youth welfare practice. In addition, I will contribute to approaching it that I apply empowerment in the youth welfare practice spot by showing an existence-like application direction and method of empowerment though I can raise interest.
