간호대학생의 전공만족도와 셀프리더십이 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향 = Effect of major satisfaction and self-leadership of nursing students on college life adaptation

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 간호대학생의 전공만족도 및 셀프리더십과 대학생활적응의 관련성을 파악하고, 대학생활적응에 영향을 주는 요인을 분석하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위한 연구대상은 간호대학생 368명에게 자료를 수집하였으며, 자료분석방법은 IBM SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 활용하였다. 이에 따른 연구의 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 간호대학생의 전공만족도와 셀프리더십은 성별, 연령, 학년에 따라 유의한 차이를 보였고, 대학생활적응은 연령에 따라 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 간호대학생의 전공만족도, 셀프리더십, 대학생활적응은 정적인 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 간호대학생의 전공만족도 및 셀프리더십은 대학생활적응에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 통해 간호대학생의 긍정적 대학생활적응 향상을 위한 교육 프로그램 개발 및 이론적 기초자료에 필요한 근거가 되기를 기대한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to understand the relationship between major satisfaction and self-leadership of nursing students and adaptation to college life, and to analyze the factors that influence college life adaptation. For this, data were collected from 368 nursing students, and the data analysis method used the IBM SPSS 25.0 program. The main results of the study according to this are as follows. First, nursing students' major satisfaction and self-leadership showed significant differences according to gender, age, and grade, and college life adaptation showed significant differences according to age. Second, it was found that there was a positive relationship between nursing students' major satisfaction, self-leadership, and college life adaptation. Third, it was found that nursing students' major satisfaction and self-leadership had an effect on college life adaptation. Through the results of this study, it is expected that it will serve as a necessary basis for the development of educational programs and theoretical basic data to improve positive adaptation to college life for nursing students.
