마이크로 트렌드를 반영한 초고층 주상복합의 커뮤니티 공간 융합화 모델에 관한 연구 = A spatial convergence model of the community space in the mixed-use high-rise residential building reflecting micro-trend life style

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this paper is to advance a spatial convergence model of the community space in the mixed use high-rise residential building reflecting micro-trend life style. This study analyzed the community space program and the frequency of the community space floor location through 10 cases and extracted 3 microtrends through the preceding research. Basic style community convergence model with 5 stories below and 56 above the ground is suggested from the result of the case study and consists of 14 community programs over 50% in total. 3 community space convergence models are 1)Dad-Child Community Space Convergence Model, 2)Pet Parent`s Community Convergence Model, and 3)Interracial Family Community Convergence Model reflecting microtrends suggested through the result of case study and preceding research.
