      이 연구는 “코로나19 사태가 가져온 공교육 체제 변화 요구 중 비대면 교육활동의 적 극적이며 안정적 수용을 위해 필요한 원격교육법제의 정비 방안을 도출한다.”는 연구 목 적을 달성하기 위해 수행되었다. 즉, 원격교육 활용의 지속적인 확대가 예상되는 포스트 코로나시대를 대비하여 원격교육법제에 어떠한 정비 요구가 있는가를 파악한 후, 이를 우리 교육법제에 수용하기 위한 구체적인 정비 방안을 도출하고자 하였다.
