우리나라 재난안전분야 공공앱의 기능과 활용도 분석 = An Examination of the Functions and Usages of Mobile Applications for Disaster and Safety Management in Korea

국문 초록 (Abstract)

공공분야의 여러 기관에서는 재난에 효과적으로 대비·대응할 수 있는 방안의 하나로 모바일 기반의 앱을 다양하게 이용하고 있다. 본논문은 우리나라 재난안전과 관련한 모바일 공공앱 현황을 조사하여, 그 기능별 특징과 활용도를 비교·분석하였다. 총 21개의 재난안전분야 모바일 공공앱을 대상으로 해당 공공앱이 제공하고 있는 서비스 종류, 다운로드수와 평점, 인구수 대비 다운로드수를 이용한앱의 활용도를 비교·분석하였고 이를 토대로 향후 우리나라 재난안전분야 모바일 공공앱 개발 시 고려해야 할 정책적 시사점을 도출하였다.

Mobile applications have been widely and variously used as effective tools in disseminating disaster preparedness and response informationby the governmental organizations. This study examined the functions and usages of mobile applications developed by thegovernmental organizations for disaster and safety management in Korea. The total of 21 public mobile applications was examinedand compared in terms of their functions, service types, usages based on the number of downloads, and user ratings. Based on theexamination results, this paper suggested policy implications and considerations for the public application development in the disasterand safety management.
