베이커리 전문점 이용자들의 선택속성과 만족에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Customers’ Selection Attributes and Satisfactions for Window Bakeries

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The changing lifestyles in Korea, wherein, Koreans preferring to remain
single and families opting for easy to prepare meals have made bakeries a
part and parcel to the way of life for most Koreans. This trend has led to
an increase in the number of franchised and independently owned bakeries,
which in turn resulted in a keen competition in the bakery industry.
Literature review reveals that customers considered price, quality, location
and service among the most important selection criteria for choosing a
window-bakery. This study focuses on the selection attributes of a bakery
customer’s behavior and their satisfaction with the conclusion attached. The
conclusion also includes the marketing strategy to help the marketers and
bakery owners in planning their bakery and satisfying their customers.
