장애인 직업재활 참여자들의 정서요인과 지지환경에 대한 종교별 비교 = A Study on Comparative Religion of Emotional Factors and Supporting Environment Participating Disabled Workers in Vocational Rehabilitation Program

This study compares and analyzes difference of religion about emotional factor and supporting surroundings which are important in successful factors of vocational rehabilitation program. The examination of the study is progressed subjecting participants who are taking part in vocational rehabilitation program. Through it results beneath were acquired. First, Catholic group appeared generally the highest in comparison of religion about emotional factor. Buddist group and no religion group were followed in order and Christian group appeared the lowest. Second, Christian group appeared the highest in comparison of religion about supporting surrounding factor. Catholic and no religion group were followed in order and Buddist group appeared the lowest. Third, it was found that the more related to Christian, the lower emotional factors appeared and disabled worker who have religion which is Christianity and Catholicism have higher supporting surrounding. Through it, efforts are required in Buddism to improve supporting surrounding for disabled workers and participate in vocational rehabilitation program. Also, Christianity needs to provide a program to improve self-confidence and ability of self-regulation for successful vocational rehabilitation of disabled workers who are created resembling the appearance of the Lord.
