리쾨르의 정의론: 롤스와의 대화 = Ricoeur`s theory of justice: Dialog with Rawls

Ricoeur`s theory of justice can be characterized by ``little ethics`` which aims at a good life with and for others in just institutions. It can be realized only when there is a reciprocity between Aristotle`s teleological ethics and Kant`s deontological moral. Both ethics and moral discuss ``justice`` but Ricoeur asserts that true justice is revealed when it follows the concept of ethics rather than moral. Because there is evil, the aim of the good life has to ve submitted to the test of moral obligation. Therefore, it is necessary to put both Aristotle`s ethics and Kant`s moral under one theme - ``little ethics`` - in order to analyze Ricoeur`s theory of justice. However, as this is already done, I would like to investigate what justice ``in just institutions`` means by looking at Rawls. The purpose of conversing with Rawls on Ricoeur`s theory of justice does not lie in comparing them or suggesting any alternatives for each of them. Our task is to find out why Ricouer`s theory is a matter of interest and a frame of ``little ethics`` needs to be set up. However, I will clarify that the questions Ricoeur raises by examining Rawls represents great meaning to the field of hermeneutical ethics. Ricoeur has a distinct way of approaching the matter of justice. Moreover, Rawls` statement differs from what Ricoeur intends to say through Rawls. Consequently it is no surprise that we find traces of the theory of jus-tice outside the area of Rawls in Riceour`s analysis. According to Ricoeur the Rawlsian theory of justice is a deontology without a transcendental foundation.
