Purpose
Ÿ Antigen protein probes of respiratory viruses will be prepared as trimeric forms, which are
important for developing therapeutic neutralizing monoclonal antibodies against new emerging
viral outbreaks.
Ÿ The viral trimer surface proteins derived from CoV, pneumovirus and paramyxovirus will be
examined for their immunogenicity using optimized protein structural and cellular technologies,
which will contribute to develop our preparative vaccines and therapeutic antibodies in national
needs.
