This study has been performed to understand how a regular practice applying generally pursued modern dance practice methods influences various parameters. To that end, a group of 24 students majoring in Modern Dance at H University was selected. These students in turn was divided into Class A and Class B. For the period of 12 weeks, the effect of practice using given practice methods on stress hormone were measured before and after the practice each time. The results are summarized as follows; In terms of practice period, neither Class A nor Class B revealed any remarkable difference in stress hormone. Given all the test results, it can be found that practice period while any significant effect was not measured in terms of stress hormone. Therefore, these findings lead the researcher to the following conclusion that efficient ways of practice must be developed or employed which suit practice methods intended and student capability involved to help improve stress-hormone related body functions. In addition, if the study will be done on exercise program through more systemic experiment, The 2 style exercise programs of this study should will be well application for participatient of sports for all at exercise prescription.
