Existing studies analyzed resilience from supply chain disruptions and the role and impact of information technology in the supply chain from various perspectives. However, very few studies have comprehensively examined the relationship between the effectiveness of resilience and the role of information technology in response to supply chain disruptions. his study aims to examine the role and impact of information technology through literature surveys, focusing on resilience strategies that are effective in disrupting supply chains. Effective resilience strategies were reviewed by dividing supply chain disruptions by cause and impact, and information technology that positively affects them was presented. Therefore, this study is expected to contribute to establishing the insights and effective and systematic strategies needed to recover from supply chain disruptions that may occur for various reasons.
