소매업체의 서비스품질이 점포이미지와 점포애호도에 미치는 영향 : 식품안정선 지각의 조절효과를 중심으로 = A Study on the Effects of the Service Quality of Retailer on the Store Image and Loyalty - Focusing on the Moderate Effect of Consumer's Food Safety Perception

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 논문은 식품안전성이 소매업태가 제공하고 있는 서비스 품질과 점포이미지에 미치는 영향에서 조절효과를 살펴보고, 점포이미지가 점포충성도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는 데 목적이 있다. 연구결과 물리적 환경과 상호작용 요인이 기능적 점포 이미지에 유의한 영향을 미치며, 본원적 혜택 요인이 상징적 서비스 품질에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 고객의 식품안전성에 대한 지각은 이들 간의 관계에서 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purposes of this study were 1) to examine the conceptual structure of process service quality, outcome service quality, functional store image, symbolic store image and store loyalty of food retailers, 2) to investigate the relationships among service quality, store image and store loyalty, and 3) to find out the moderate effects of consumer's food safety perception on the relation between service quality and store image. The result of study showed that physical environments, interactions effected on functional store image and goal benefits effected on symbolic store image. And both functional store image and symbolic store image have effected on store loyalty. Especially, the moderate effect of consumer's food safety perception was available to the relation on the both service quality and store image.
