화주기업과 3PL업체간의 물류성과 요인에 관한 실증적 연구 = Empirical Study on the Logistics Performance between Shippers and Third Party Logistics Service Providers

국문 초록 (Abstract)

물류산업에 속한 기업의 경쟁전략은 글로벌 경쟁에서 개별 기업의 경쟁력만으로는 성장에 한계가 있기 때문에 개별 기업의 핵심역량을 결합하여 공급사슬을 형성하고, 전체 공습사슬의 관점에서 통합 및 최적화를 지향해야 할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 물류전문기업인 3PL기업의 활용이 확대되고 있는 현 상황에서 3PL기업이 제공하는 물류서비스 품질이 화주기업의 만족과 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치며, 관계형성의 차원인 신뢰와 몰입이 화주기업의 물류성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 있는지를 탐색하였다. 연구결과, 3PL 서비스품질과 만족과의 인과관계 분석에서는 제3자 물류서비스 품질 차원 중 주문정확성, 가용성, 가시성, 전문성은 화주기업의 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 만족, 신뢰, 몰입간의 인과관계 분석에서는 3PL업체에 대한 화주기업의 만족은 신뢰에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 만족은 화주기업이 3PL업체와의 안정적이고 지속적인 몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 화주기업의 3PL업체에 대한 신뢰의 형성은 3PL업체에 대한 거래관계의 몰입에도 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 신뢰, 몰입 그리고 물류성과와의 인과관계 분석에서는 화주기업의 물류성과에 신뢰와 몰입이 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.

The globalization of business and the competitive pressure have led to the growing strategic importance of the logistics function within the organization. All organizations are approaching 3PL services to manage their logistics activities to gain competitive advantages. Thus the research objective is to examine the effects of 3PL service qualities, satisfaction, trust and commitment on logistics performance. The results shows that order accuracy, availability, visibility and expertise of the 3PL service quality elements positively affected shipper`s satisfaction. And the shipper`s satisfaction positively affected trust and commitment. The trust of shipper`s company on the 3PL corporation positively affected commitment and logistics performance. In addition, the commitment of shipper`s company on the 3PL corporation positively affected logistics performance.
