퍼지관계모형 적용에 의한 여행항공예약시스템 가치평가 = A Value Evaluation of Computer Reservation System applying Fuzzy Relation Model

국문 초록 (Abstract)

  관광산업의 급속한 발전으로 교통의 중요성은 더욱 강조되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 여행항공업체에서 항공ㆍ호텔ㆍ렌터카예약 시 주로 활용하고 있는 CRS에 대한 퍼지관계모형의 적용을 통해 이용자측면의 가치평가를 실시하고자 한다. 즉 CRS의 주 이용자인 항공업무 담당자들에 대한 심층적인 가치평가를 통해 CRS에 내재되어 있는 강점과 약점을 분석하여, 향후 항공사들이 이용자 지향적인 CRS의 구축ㆍ운영하는데 있어서 전략적인 대응방안을 제시함으로써 한국의 관광산업 발전에 일익을 담당하고자 하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

  According to development of tourism industry, the importance of transportation is extended increasingly. So this article evaluate Computer Reservation System(CRS) applying Fuzzy Relation Model. To evaluate the discrepancy between user"s expectation and satisfaction degree in CRS, we infer general solutions to computethe intersection area between importance and satisfictation, then the weak and strong attributes of CRS is clarified. In terms of methodology this article disclosed that Fuzzy Set and Fuzzy Relation Model were used for our study to establish the validity of decision-making in construction of CRS. I believe that this approach is greatly useful to evaluate user"s attribute. Therefore, I believe that this study has a meaning to present a standard for establishing a proper standard about value evaluation and construction of CRS for activation of tourism industry in Korea.
