아동의 동기와 플로우가 창의성에 미치는 영향: 과학영역을 중심으로 = The effects of motivation upon creativity and the role of ‘flow’ in children

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 과학영역에 있어 동기와 플로우가 창의성에 어떠한 영향을 주는지 알아보는데 그 주요 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 플로우를 동기와 창의성의 관계를 설명해 줄 수 있는 변인으로 보고 플로우를 매개로 하여 동기와 창의성의 관계를 알아보았다. 연구대상은 초등학교 6학년 235명이며, 이들을 대상으로 과학 동기 설문지(최인수, 2002), 플로우 설문지(최인수, 1995), 창의적 문제해결력 검사(조연순, 2001)를 실시하였다. 경로분석 결과, 내재적 동기는 창의성에 직접적으로 영향을 줄 뿐만 아니라 플로우를 매개로 하여 창의성에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 외재적 동기는 플로우를 매개로 했을 때에만 창의성에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.
