This paper deal with a new design of magnetorheological (MR) fluid mount for a cabin wheel loader in a type of earthmoving machinery. We proposed a new type MR mount for cabin wheel loader. In order to evaluate new MR mount, we surveyed design parameter analysis with using a cause and effect diagram analysis tool. In this analysis, we evaluate and calculate total damping force, magnetic force as well as magnetic field intensity and flux for the mount. It is demonstrated through computer simulation that the proposed mount satisfies design requirement of the cabin mount.
