기업과 지역사회의 성인 대상 교육훈련 요구분석 연구동향 : 2006-2014년 발표된 국내 학술지를 중심으로 = The State of Need Analysis Research for Building Programs for Adults in Business and Community Settings : 2006-2014

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is to examine the state of need analysis research for building T&D programs for adults, especially in both business and community settings based on journal articles published in Korea from 2006 to 2014. Through a review of the literature, some criteria to analyze articles are determined as follows: (1) gaps between what is and what should be are found or not, (2) target groups for need analysis, (3) methods of data collection and their frequencies, and (4) methods of setting priorities and their frequencies. This study used National Assemble Library``s search engine. Given some conditions, finally 34 journal articles are included in this study. This study can make some conclusions based on the comparison with Cho(2006)`s results: (1) more studies investigated gaps between what is and what should be, (2) even though more studies considered various target groups, they should more focus on needs of level 1, (3) the majority of studies still uses survey, but more studies reports various methods, and (4) much more studies were keenly interested in prioritizing needs but also used more systematic and objective methods. For the result, this study can prove that there has been an outstanding qualitative growth in the need analysis for program planning for adults in Korea.
