The aim of this study is grammaticalization of postposition ``-majeo``, ``-jocha`` in Korean. The meaning of ``-majeo`` and ``-jocha`` is ``limitative postposition``. But they have a subtle distinction. The origin of ``-majeo`` is adverb ``majeo`` which comes from verb ``*mat-``. Because of adverb ``majeo`` means ``end``, ``-majeo`` means ``last``. At the first time, ``-majeo`` joined just only subject in the sentence. However now, ``-majeo`` can join subject, object and adverb. And also case maker ``-e``, ``-eseo``, and postposition ``-do`` in the sentense. Furthermore, ``-majeo`` is much more used negative sentence than positive sentence. The origin of ``-jocha`` is verb ``jocha``, which means ``follow``. Because ``follow`` implies ``add``, ``-jocha`` means ``add``. At the first time, ``-jocha`` joined subject and object in the sentense. But after time, It can join adverb, case maker ``-e``, ``-eseo``, ``-ro`` and postposition ``-do``. ``-jocha`` is used negative sentence generally. In grammaticalization, difference between ``-majeo`` and ``-jocha`` is probability of joining subject in the sentence, dropping case maker ``-e``, ``-eseo``, ``-ro`` and using negative sentence. furthermore, ``-jocha`` can join case maker ``-ro``, but ``-majeo`` can``t. And also period for combination ``-jocha`` and ``-do`` is faster than and ``-majeo`` and ``-do``.
