장애인스포츠지도사의 장애인스포츠인식 잠재프로파일 분류에 따른 교육적 자질의 차이 = The Difference of Educational Qualities in Response to the Latent Profile Classification of Disability Sports Awareness of Adapted Sports Instructor

The purpose of this study was to investigate the difference of educational qualities in response to the latent profile classification of disability sports awareness of disability sports instructor. In order to achieve this, a sample of 365 drawn out of the adapted sports instructors from Seoul, Gyeonggi, Gangwon, Jeonbuk, and Gangju was selected as a population. The acquired data was analyzed through the confirmatory factor analysis, verified by applying the latent profile analysis and one-way ANOVA using jamovi 1.0.1, Mplus 8.1 program. The results of this study are as follows. First, as a result of performing a latent profile analysis on the perception of disability sports awareness, all the sub-factors of the disability sports awareness, such as individual injury dimension, individual psychology dimension, social system dimension, social culture dimension were classified into three groups(low, middle, high). Second, as a result of examining the average difference of educational qualification according to the latent profile classification of disability sports awareness, It was found that the high level class perceived educational qualities relatively higher than other groups in all of the sub-factors of disability sports awareness such as individual injury dimension, individual psychology dimension, social system dimension, social culture dimension. Based on these results, this study verified that the disability sports awareness by adapted sports instructor explains the educational qualities, It was discussed that how the disability sports awareness is formed can affect the professionalism and self-management of leaders.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 장애인스포츠지도사의 장애인스포츠인식 잠재프로파일 분류에 따른 교육적 자질의 차이를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 이 연구에서는 서울, 경기, 강원, 전북, 광주지역에 거주하는 장애인스포츠지도사 365명의 자료를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 수집된 자료처리는 jamovi 1.0.1, Mplus 8.1프로그램을 활용하여 확인적 요인분석, 잠재 프로파일 분석 및 일원변량분석을 적용하여 연구문제를 검증하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 장애인스포츠인식에 대한 잠재 프로파일을 분류한 결과, 장애인스포츠인식의 모든 하위요인인 개인손상차원, 개인심리차원, 사회체제차원, 사회문화차원 모두에서 세 가지 유형화된 집단(low, middle, high)으로 분류되었다. 둘째, 장애인스포츠인식의 잠재프로파일 분류에 따른 교육적 자질의 평균차이를 살펴본 결과, 장애인스포츠지인식의 하위요인인 개인손상차원, 개인심리차원, 사회체제차원, 사회문화차원 모두에서 high level class가 다른 집단보다 상대적으로 교육적 자질을 가장 높게 인지하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 이 연구는 장애인스포츠지도사들이 인지하는 장애인스포츠인식이 교육적 자질을 설명하고 있음을 검증하였고, 장애인스포츠인식이 어떻게 형성되는가에 따라 지도자의 전문성과 자기관리에 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 논하였다.
