온라인 커뮤니티에서 플로우 및 사회적 영향 요인이 이용의도에 미치는 영향 = The Effects of Flow and Social Influences on Use Intention in Online Community

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 정보기술 수용에서 최근 논의되어 온 내재적 동기요인인 플로우와 사회적 영향에 관한 연구들을 바탕으로 플로우와 사회적 영향의 다차원적 구성요인들이 이용의도에 미치는 영향을 온라인 커뮤니티 환경에서 밝히고자 하였다. 이를 위해 관련 연구를 기반으로 사용자들의 온라인 커뮤니티 수용의 근본적 동인을 이해하기 위한 연구모형을 설정하고 이를 검증하였다. 검증결과를 요약하면, 플로우 요인에서는 숙련도와 시간적 해리 요인, 고양된 즐거움요인이 이용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 사회적 영향 요인 중에서는 가시성을 제외한 주관적 규범과 이미지 요인이 이용의도에 유의적인 영향을 미침을 발견하였다. 본 연구의 분석결과를 토대로 학문적, 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The present study examined the effects of flow and social influences on use intention in online community. Literature review identified eight determinants of online community use intention - skill, challenge, interactivity speed, temporal dissociation, heightened enjoyment, subjective norm, image, and visibility. These identified determinants are expected to have positive relationship with online community use intention. According to theoretical and empirical backgrounds, 8 hypotheses were developed and tested. To test hypotheses and research model, questionnaires were developed and pre-tested. According to multiple regression analysis, the overall validity of regression model was found acceptable. As hypothesized. flow factors such as skill, temporal dissociation, heightened enjoyment, and social influence factors such as subjective norm and image were positively related to online community use intention. But, the effects of challenge, interactivity speed, and visibility on online community use intention were not supported. Implications of this study and directions for future research are discussed in discussion and conclusions.
