복지다원주의(Welfare Pluralism)의 관점에서 본 청소년을 위한 학교스포츠클럽 공급체계의 효율화 방안 = The Improvement of School Sport Club Provision System for the Youth from Welfare Pluralism Perspectives

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to develop the effective school sport club provision system in local government in order to properly support the youth. For the purpose, this study discussed, at first, the meaning of welfare pluralism. In the part of empirical analysis, the current school sport club provision system for the youth was profoundly treated. And, being based the analysis on the current school sport club provision system, this study finalized discussions by suggesting the effective way of developing the school sport club provision system for the youth on local government level. Especially, the desirable roles of each participant in the system of welfare pluralism for the youth were adequately suggested by combining public and private sectors together. The study also claimed the importance of liking participants and integrating related services in managing the school sport club provision system based on welfare pluralism.
