AI 리터러시의 정의와 프레임워크 개발을 위한 연구: 델파이 연구를 중심으로 = A Study for the Development of the Definition and the Framework of ‘AI Literacy’: A Delphi Study

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 AI 기술과 윤리, 디지털 리터러시 그리고 교육학과 관련된 전문가들의 의견을 바탕으로 델파이조사 방법론을 적용하여 AI 리터러시의 정의를 도출하고 AI 리터러시의 구성 요소들의 정의를 정립하여 프레임워크를 제시하기 위함이다. 델파이조사에 참여한 전문가는 1차와 2차가 동일하였으며 모두 10명이었다. 자료수집은 1차는 2024년 12월 20일에서 12월 31일까지, 2차는 2025년 1월 6일부터 1월 12일까지 온라인 서베이로 진행되었다. 1차 조사는 두 가지 유형의 영역(AI 리터러시의 정의 관련, AI 리터러시 프레임워크의 7개 하위 요소와 각각의 정의 관련)으로 나누어 객관식 선택형 질문, 5점 척도형 질문, 완전 개방형 질문 문항을 사용하였다. 2차 조사는 1차에 사용했던 설문에서 취합된 의견에 대한 분석을 바탕으로 개발된 AI 리터러시의 정의와 7개 하위 요소들의 정의를 제시하고 동의 정도를 5점 리커트(Likert) 척도로 평가하였고 최종 프레임워크 개발을 위한 피드백 청취를 위해 완전 개방형 문항도 포함하였다. 1, 2차 조사 결과를 토대로 AI 리터러시의 최종 정의가 제시되었고, AI 리터러시의 7개 핵심 요소의 정의를 정립하여 프레임워크를 제안하였다. 마지막으로 연구의 함의와 한계점을 기술하고 후속 연구를 제언하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to derive a definition of AI literacy, establish the elements of AI literacy, and present a framework by applying the Delphi methodology based on the opinions of experts related to AI technology and ethics, digital literacy, and Education. The number of experts who participated in the Delphi survey was the same for the first and second rounds, with a total of 10 people. Data collection was conducted through an online survey from December 20 to December 31, 2024 for the first round and from January 6 to January 12, 2025 for the second round. The contents of questions for the first survey were divided into two areas(definition of AI literacy, definitions of the seven sub-elements of AI literacy framework) and used multiple-choice questions, 5-point scale questions, and open-ended questions. The second survey presented the definition of AI literacy and the definition of seven sub-elements based on the analysis of the feedback collected in the first survey, and evaluated the degree of agreement using a 5-point Likert scale, and included open-ended questions to gather opinions for the development of the final framework. Based on the results of the first and second surveys, the final definition of AI literacy was suggested and a framework that included definitions of the proposed seven elements was developed. Finally, the implications and limitations of the study were described and suggestions for future research were made.
