중국 장쑤성(江蘇省) 화시촌(華西村)에 관한 연구 = A Study on Huaxicun at Jiangsu Province in China

국문 초록 (Abstract)

현금의 중국 경제체제는 거의 서구식 자본주의를 채택하고 있다고 해도 과언이 아닐 정도로 자본주의 시장경제가 확대일로에 있으며, 대부분의 인민들도 자본주의식 사유제를 당연한 것으로 받아들이고 있는 실정이다. 그러나 중국의 자본주의는 지역간, 도ㆍ농간의 소득 격차를 보이면서 그 한계를 노정시키고 있다고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 과연 중국의 자본주의가 지속 가능할 것인가에 의구심을 나타내고 있다. 그러나 중국 장쑤성 화시촌의 예를 보면 아직까지 중국에서 유일하게 사회주의식 공유제를 채택하고 있는 지역으로 자본주의식 생산방식 보다는 사회주의식 공동분배를 원칙으로 하는 제도를 유지하여 온 결과 자본주의를 시행한 지역보다 더 많은 부와 삶의 풍요로움을 만끽하고 있다는 점에서 자본주의식 방식이 최선의 제도가 아니라는 것을 단적으로 보여주는 예가 되고 있다는 것은 시사하는 바가 크다고 볼 수 있다.
본 논문은 중국의 화시촌의 사례를 통하여 중국의 사회주의식 공유제가 성공할 수 있는 원인이 무엇이고 화시촌은 어떠한 제도를 가지고 있기에 촌민들이 이에 자발적인 복종을 통하여 성공의 길로 가고 있는가를 연구하는 동시에 문제점과 향후 방향도 같이 분석하고자 한다. 뿐만 아니라 화시촌의 사례가 과연 중국 농촌의 성공 모델이 될 수 있을 것인가를 검증하고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 먼저 신중국이후 중국 사회주의의 변화과정을 살펴봄으로서 사회주의 초급발전론에 대한 설명과 중국에서의 자본주의 변화를 볼 수 있을 것으로 보인다. 다음으로는 화시촌에 대한 개황으로 화시촌의 역사와 그들만이 가지고 있는 독특한 생산방식 및 제도를 설명하고, 다음으로는 화시촌 제도의 장점과 단점을 분석함으로서 화시촌이 성공할 수 있는 원인과 향후 화시촌이 해결하고 극복하여야 할 문제점이 무엇인지를 분석함으로서 화시촌의 미래와 화시촌이 중국농촌의 모델이 될 수 있는지를 예측하고자 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Kind of great achievement has achieved, simultaneously may also see limits by a part of the social class and a part of region. Then socialism pursues all people being equal's economy succeeds does not exist. Example for Huaxicun Jiangsu Province in China, where the only area implement socialist system in China. Compares with the capitalism, the result of implements socialism is richer , the living standard is higher. This indicated that the capitalism way is not the best system.
China's Huaxicun is the place Chinese government foreign propaganda with socialist joint production, joint distribution. The villagers' average income is above urban worker's more than ten times. From this, the Chinese government stressed Huaxicun's demonstration will take the Chinese countryside future and the development direction. The present paper will through Huaxicun's example to explore the successful reasons of the Chinese socialist. What system does Huaxicun practice? To the rules implemented by villagers spont anxiously, to research the road of Huaxicun's successful development. To analyze the produced questions and the development direction. And confirms the Chinese countryside successful development way with example for Huaxicun to be whether feasible. Present paper first after new China, in Chinese socialism's changing process, the achievement which discusses regarding the socialism initial stage development and develops China's capitalism to carry on the review. Then Huaxicun's survey, including the history, its unique production method, the system will carry on showing, then the Huaxicun system's good and bad points will carry on the analysis, The Huaxicun's successful reasons. Next ,the problems must be solved and overcomes by Huaxicun., Huaxicun's future and carry on the feasibility forecast with Huaxicun which as China rural development pattern.
