한국과 미국의 주택관리사의 자격 비교 연구 = A Comparative Study about Qualification of the Housing Manager between Korea and U.S.A

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to propose the developmental directions about qualification of housing manager through comparing Korean situation with U.S.A. The documentary research method was used for this study.
The differences were that the requirements of becoming housing manager in U.S.A. was commitment to uphold the Code of Professional Ethics of ARMⓡ and CPMⓡ and to complete the core requirements in addition to meet some other criteria. But in Korea, there was only one criteria which was qualifying examination firstly, after that needed certain periods of field experience.
The directions of housing manager qualification must be proposed as follows:
Firstly, the direction must be strengthened in the aspects of moral ethics,
Secondly, the direction must be developed like obtaining professional ability by the educational course work which might be suggested the combination of knowledge and practices.
