갈등 상황에서 협력의지에 미치는 신뢰의 매개효과 분석-허베이스프리트호 유류유출사고 피해사례를 중심으로- = Intermediate Effects of Trust in the Influence of the Stakeholder's Interactions on the Willingness to Cooperate since the Hebei-Spirit Oil Spill Accident

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This research aims to investigate how trust can work in order to build willingnessto cooperate as an answer to resolve conflicts in regional conflict situations. The issueof trust as a capital to resolve conflicts has been continuously concerned by manyscholars. This study suggests that the willingness to cooperate is determined by thelevel of trust. Therefore, the process of resolving conflicts should be focused on waysto increase trust of stakeholders. Based on these arguments, this research examines theintermediate effects of trust in the influence of the stakeholder's interactions on thewillingness to cooperate since the Hebei-Spirit Oil Spill Accident.
The result means that in order to enhance the general willingness to cooperate inthis case, it is very helpful to increase the level of trust toward the government.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 허베이스피리트호 유류유출 사고 이후 갈등의 이해당사자 간에 나타나는 상호작용에 대한 인식과 협력의지를 분석하여 지역갈등 문제를 해결하고 효율적인 갈등관리 방안을 강구하고자 하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 태안군의 허베이스피리트호 유류유출피해 지역갈등문제에 대한 설문조사를 통해 이해당사자간 상호작용과 협력의지 사이에서 신뢰의 매개효과를 검증함으로써 지역갈등의 조속한 해결을 위한 정책적 함의를 도출하였다.
분석결과, 신뢰는 협력의지를 매개하는 효과가 있는 것으로 검증되어 기존 연구의 타당성을 지지하는 결과를 도출하였으며, 특히 협력의지에 영향을 미치는 신뢰의 수준으로서 정부신뢰가 보다 중요한 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 향후 정부는 태안군의 지역갈등을 해결함에 있어서 관련 정보의 교환, 접근의 용이성을 확보하는 한편, 제공되는 정보의 진실성과 의사소통을 담보하는 노력이 요구된다. 이를 통해 정부는 정부와 정책에 대한 신뢰를 우선 회복하고, 이해당사자간 협력의지를 담보함으로써 지역갈등을 해결해가는 정책적 접근이 필요하다.
