도시생활의 다양성과 집합주택 단위평면 계획의 적용에 관한 연구

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In a rapid development of metropolis, an apartment designed for a specific residential purpose in a moderate city can no longer function to fulfill the occupants' needs. The sense of compact location that a residential area brings is diminished as the area in which family members spend their time is expanding and is also becoming more independent. The fast developing methods of media and communication is accelerating this situation. The inner plan of present residential structures consist of simple movement lines that give no choice to the occupants but to co-exist and share most of the areas, which means private individual areas are rather restricted and confined. By reviewing the works of Japan and Europe - the countries currently striving for an innovative lifestyle - we can select the aspects of inner plans for residential structures that could be implemented for your lifestyle. Core and outer wall that allows separate entry, or balconies at various levels can be used to create individual areas that give a feel of independence. Also, implemetation of a system that combines communication and media system, with the construction and services systems could be provide those individual areas different characteristics and changes.
